Everything was clean and very friendly staff

Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didn't really have much interaction with the staff. No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities. Really liked the fact coffee was only a few steps away from my door and hot water dispenser in the room for tea. Five stars all around for the value. Better than 4 star we were at the nights prior. Best thing was its right in the middle of the shopping area with no noise heard at night.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

The hotel is situated in a central position near shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small but I expect this in a city centre. There was a laundry room which was useful and they store baggage for you. The breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of choice and the room had nice views. The staff we encountered were all very professional, attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
