「Central location in the city. Always had a parking space and car was safe. Plenty of food options around. The room was very clean, had all amenities that I needed. Yes, it is above the bar and there is karaoke night, but I stayed during the week and was very comfortable. I will definitely stay again. The staff were very helpful and kind. 」

「This is a great hotel option for around the lake, with your room adjacent to the popular pub, which has a great bistro so very easy to pop out of your room for a good dinner and drink. The room itself was lovely, clean, with a massive shower! Loved my stay here, staff were friendly, and check in and out was easy.」

「Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were...

「其實真是太差，最重要是不清潔，廁版上有很多及大片尿，只是蓋上已清潔紙條，實在太過份，最後由我自己清理乾淨。及有蟑螂在房裏。幸好只住一晚。 還有在check out 時，得知其他房沒有冷氣，35度下沒有冷氣，實在不能接受。」
