"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. "When we arrived the hotel was closed. it seeems to be in very deep works for a renovation. No bell ringing at the entrance door. We had to phone. A little bit complicated for foreign people. Happily , Neighbours have help us in our phone call. When we were inside all was satisfying. Just a bit of angst when you arrive, and that nothing seems to work as you aspected."
