「My only complaint was the mattresses otherwise it Was very nice.」

「Our room was very clean. The large pool was inviting. Breakfast at Denny's was a surprise and very good. Thank you Los Viajeros Inn.... We will stay here next time!」

「The swimming pool is not open because of something to do with the motor. But the pool has closed for years. The website says you have a pool. It needs to say out of order or you should remove it from the website! When I come back to town I probably will fine another location to stay. 」

「Hello, thank you for the opportunity to provide a review. We did have a few issues with our stay and since we were unable to cancel we made due. Firstly, our reservation was made with two Queen beds. Upon check in our room only had one Queen bed. The employee told us there were no other rooms available. We had to buy an air mattress at the hardware store for our guest. We also were given a room on the second floor despite having two elderly/ disabled women. This location does not have elevators....

「The elevator needs to be redone. It is dirty and laminate is peeling off the sides. The rooms also need to be modernized, the side table was useless because the drawer was stuck and impossible to open. The lobby looks like it was updated, now the rooms should be too. 」

「We enjoy this property, even though it’s definitely not luxury! My biggest complaint this round is that our key card kept failing so we had to make multiple trips to the lobby during our stay, which was frustrating. Staff was always willing to help. The CO2 detector was beeping. I removed the batteries but they never replaced it. Some wear and tear on the room. Overall, a decent stay for this area. 」
