Great Spa hotel in beautiful Wismar.

The hotel was clean and in general good state. Breakfast buffet was amazing and good drinks from the Bar, although it was closing a bit early. The Spa area was limited, but the things that were there worked fine. There were some construction going on to improved the offers. Location of the hotel was remote, to long a walk to get to town.

very clean and family friendly hotel

It is a very nice hotel, especially for families with children. Rooms are very clean with convenient access to the water resort. Breakfast was good with many healthy options, but you need to inform the restaurant in advance about what time you want to eat breakfast. Even though we informed the restaurant about what time we are going to eat breakfast we had to wait for around 10 minutes to find an available table. There were several empty tables but they told us that they are reserved for large families.

The room was clean but there was no attention to detail ( corners, dust under bed, etc), after all that's what distinguishes establishments from one another. The bathroom was always wet due to the shower design construction. No night light for kids to visit at night the bathroom. The whole room had to be lit like new years or use mobile flashlight. This is family orientated hotel/resort. Small things and attention to details are what make a champion and hotel was laking of this. Not adequate beer selection or wine selection no kids menu? Staff, service, cleanliness 8.2 . Rooms, menu, hotel quality 6.5 Location 9 Prices over the roof always in consideration to what you receive. You pay for everything except silverware and napkins. Aqua park perfect for kids and adults although some water slides did not work due to maintenance. Food at aqua park is garbage 6.1. Overall 6.7

Fint boende i utkanten av Wismar, ungefär en 20 minuters promenad till centrum. Rummet var väldigt fint och rymligt för 4 personer. Tyvärr ingen aircondition vilket hade behövts. Poolområdet var ganska nedgånget, känns som en vanlig simhall. Bra frukost!

Et godt valg til booking 24/7/365 og fint spahotel

Døgnåben hotel med moderne indretning og fine værelser. Lidt hår seng efter Min mening. Stor morgenbuffet med meget forskelligt og god service. Ankom meget sent pga arbejde - så gik direkte i seng og skulle tidligt op, så nåede desværre ikke i spa/vand land - som ellers kan varmt anbefales fra tidligere besøg ;-)

Dejligt ophold med 24 timers indtjekningsmulighed . Overnattede ifbm. arbejde og har overnattet her flere gange og jeg har altid opleveret servicemindet personale og rene indbydende værelser i rigtig god stand med god komfort. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Mulighed for at tage i vandland / spa inden kl 22. Rigtig godt familievenligt hotel - men også egnet for voksne

Das 20 qm Zimmer ist definitiv zu klein für zwei Erwachsene mit einem Grundschulkind. Schlafsofa war ein Klappbett und die Sitzecke war ein Sessel in die Ecke gedrückt. Lüftung schaffte bei 30° C kein angenehmes Raumklima. Frühstücksbuffet war ohne Abwechslung und die erhofften Fischvariationen waren außer Lachs und Heringssalat nicht vorhanden

Det var överlag bra. Termostaten på rummet fungerade tyvärr inte, svinvarmt och svårt att sova. De utlovade "badtofflorna" fick vi tigga oss till av städerskan. Badlandet var helt okej, ingen jätteanläggning men räckte till för oss.

Desinfektionsmittel nicht benutzbar, Badelandschaft überfüllt, kein Kühlschrank im Doppelzimmer, kein Platz für die Koffer im Zimmer, keine 3 Gläser für uns drei Personen, Badezimmer ständig zu warm, Türe sind so eingestellt, dass sie beim Schließen ständig zuknallen, Duschwasserregulierung nur mit Handtuch möglich, da schlecht drehbar mit nassen Händen, braune Flecken im Duschboden, zu weiche Betten, kein Abendessen im Restaurant regulär möglich, da wir keine Halbpension hatten, keine Nachttischlampen, kleine Karte im Restaurant mit Mängel, aber super Rezeption mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal und schönes Frühstück mit gutem Brot.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Auf dem Zimmer fehlte die angegebene Minibar, um Getränke zu kühlen. Laut Website ist Wellness inklusive - vor Ort muss man für die Sauna jedoch noch einmal 5€ extra zahlen pro Person. Auch der Fitness Bereich hat nicht gerade angemessene Öffnungszeiten für Urlauber - geschlossen ab 18 Uhr und öffnet erst ab 10 am Wochenende. Ansonsten kann man den Schwimmbereich nur am Anreisetag (wir waren eine Übernachtung da), nutzen. Dieser hatte am Wochenende auch “nur” bis 21 Uhr auf, wir wurden jedoch bereits um 20.40 Uhr darauf hingewiesen, dass jetzt geschlossen wird und wir bitte gehen sollten. Für einen Familienurlaub ggf in Ordnung, als Paar würden wir bei den Preisen nicht noch einmal anreisen.
