Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had a couple of issues that required maintenance. Pool was out of order. The fitness center was not clean and there were no towels or products to sanitize the equipment.

Only 2 complaints. The ice machine was broken, but the front desk did provide ice for us on demand so that worked out fine. The pool was closed. This was extremely disappointing because we planned to use it a lot for PT exercises every day. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent!

Enjoyed my stay. Went hiking to see the Devil's Bathtub which did not disappoint. Oma's Haus had great, authentic German food.

The staff was amazing the breakfast was great! The hotel was clean and comfortable! However we were hoping to go for a swim but the pool was out of order when we got there. Other than that we had a great time and the staff was very helpful. Great price also. The manager was helpful and very nice

Very nice

They were super nice, the room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Cant rate the breakfast because we left before it started. No complaints, even my grumpy father told me it was nice and he slept well.
