"Room was average hotel room. No windows only slider to pool area. Pool area was large with water puddles. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was good. Worst part of the whole stay was the restaurant. Horrible service if you could even get service. 45 minute wait for food and then it was wrong but they couldn’t make what we ordered because by then the kitchen was closed. Two other tables just got up and left because no one waited on them. Only two other people in the place so no excuse....

"I was disappointed with cleaning crew , I stayed two nights and expected them to replace the towels and empty the trash but nope ."

"The exterior property was in poor condition, while the building itself was recently painted the sidewalk, curbing and the rest of the exterior concrete was in poor condition. The flooring in the room was dirty if one walked on it wearing socks the bottoms of them would turn black from the greasy floor grime, corners of the room were dusty. On the wall side of the bed had a piece of metal exposed of which cut my left leg on. Overall I was very disappointed and over the six days of my stay we...

"Had loud neighbors they keep slapping doors, my key card didn’t like to work for door."

"The beds are old and dated along with the covers and blankets. There were two large dead beetles on the bathroom floor. The bathroom had one ply of Kleenex left in the dispenser. The television did not operate. The a/c unit was set at 62. It ran continuously even when adjusted to 76. I had to unplug it. The clerk taking the payment was rude and ill tempered. Overall a poor experience. Would not stay here again."
