We loved our stay! The guy behind the bar that checked us in was great. Very friendly and helpful. We were only passing through and not skiers but we would stay again!

Love Gravity Haus! Everything about this property is delightful. The staff is friendly, the amenities are on point (bar/coffee/restaurant, gym, hot tubs, large shower), it's walkable to food and drinks, and it's right outside Winter Park Mountain/Resort.

Gravity Haus had a great atmosphere and convenient location; however, I was a little disappointed with the lack of amenities, such as having the coffee and kitchen out of service for almost 24 hours during our already limited stay. While I appreciated it was dog friendly, the main areas were not routinely swept so I constantly had to keep my dogs from eating scraps off the floor that could’ve been cleaned.

It was a great location with 3 Lift bus lines going right passed the door. A very comfortable and chill cafe / reception with friendly staff. Our main suggestions would be a bath to soak in or at least stronger water pressure in the shower. And not being from the US, we would've found it much more helpful if staff could provide us with more specific information for getting around, as we didnt have our own vehicle. And our only negative comment is that we found the 'herd of elephants' in the room above us incredibly noisy .... esp when they frequently walked inside in boots and moved furniture.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they made our stay so enjoyable. We also loved that the property is centrally located with a Lift stop right across the street. This made it super easy to get to the slopes/tubing from Gravity Haus!

Great stay!
Really great value… nice, comfortable room, all in good shape and clean. Not luxurious, but with two hot tubs, a gym, a nice lobby in which to hang out and a quality room, this was the perfect stay. 5 minutes from Winter Park parking. Only a short walk to breweries and restaurants. Friendly staff. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The place is cute and updates, love that it has snacks and drinks in the room. Could use a microwave and the hot tubs were both broken the second night we were there which is why I booked this hotel in the first place. Also they weren’t offering room service.

Needs some updating and TLC
Great location near the winter park base but could use some updates and TLC. Hot tubs were both broken, the bed side tables were worn and cracked, and the bed was worn in beyond my liking.

The location is ideal, all the Winter Park shuttles will stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are good for the price. The staff was not very flexible to help us with the ski gear that we rented, they didn't allow us to leave the skis at the hotel for the technician to pick them up, which is actually a very common service in other hotels in the area.

Good for a quick overnight
This spot has a nice cafe and the atmosphere is cool. It is a renovated motel as others have mentioned and we did notice some of the towels were dirty. Great spot close to winter park and easy parking!

We stayed here for a ski weekend. The place was good, but we didnt sleep well with the flat/lifeless pilllows. We asked for more or different and they wouldn’t provide them. Never heard that before! I went out and bought two new pillows for the second night and solved my own problem, but odd that a hotel charging a premium price didn’t offer any extra. No extra comforters either, which was an idea to put under the pillows. The heaters kick on and off and are very loud so they def will wake you up. Again, it’s a good place but the price they charge relax supply and demand which allows them to get away with lower quality service. We had another weekend booked and cancelled it. I’m sure you’ll love it, but it wasn’t for us.

This hotel is in a good location and check in was really easy, but when we got to our room I realized the sheets were dirty and the top bunk bed didn't have a blanket. This didn't seem like a big deal, but when went to ask for clean sheets they told us they didn't have any other sheets, and they couldn't wash ours because another guest had already complained about their sheets being dirty and they couldn't wash both. There was dirty paw prints on the sheets and dirt on the pillow cases which was a pretty big bummer when we paid $400 for one night.

not a drawer in the entire room
old motel that has been updated to more of a modern feel. But the rooms have very little storage for anything. Coming for a ski trip with lots of jackets, sweaters, and other warm stuff made the room very crowded. careful on the stairs - going up to the second floor rooms. They can be snow covered.
