「I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was great but room was in need of a refresh. Mirror frame in bathroom is damaged, sofa cushions were stained really bad, so much so that we wouldn’t even use it. AC kicked to low at night and we had to keep getting up to turn down the temp as it got really hot which is odd for first week of May. The worst however was waking up in the middle of the night and the pillows really smelled terrible, all of them. Not sure how we missed it when we went to bed, but...

「Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive.
The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!!
