"We had a great stay at this hotel and the housekeeping staff in particular were incredible - if I went out to grab a quick breakfast and came back even 30 minutes later, I'd find the room cleaned and bed made up. The experience was slightly marred by the fact that our keycards didn't work on the first day. No big deal, somebody came and let us in but evidently didn't fix the lock, as the next day we returned from an event at 1am tired and ready for bed and were once again unable to access the room. With fewer staff working at that time of day, we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to help this time. Didn't love that."
