"I stayed at Navatara Phuket for 26 days and it genuinely became a home away from home. It is a really nice, aesthetic hotel with a clean, traditional design that provides a great environment to relax.
The room was very comfortable. Being tall, I appreciate a good-sized bed, and this one was great. Having a balcony was a nice addition, and the provided umbrella was a practical touch. The AC was strong and the shower was excellent—perfect for recovery after training. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and topped up my coffee and water every day.
The food is a strong point. There is a nice selection of dishes with good local taste at reasonable prices. They use fresh, clean ingredients, making it easy to find healthy, high-protein options that fit my strict dietary requirements.
The staff really stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception.
The location is extremely practical. Phuket Muay Thai is just around the corner, which was ideal. There is a 7/11 next door, alongside a fruit stand and an ATM. It is only a 5 to 10-minute walk to Rawai Beach, restaurants, and massage spots.
Navatara Phuket delivered an excellent balance of comfort and quiet. It served as the perfect base in Rawai—peaceful enough for genuine physical recovery, yet highly accessible. I highly recommend it for a refined, high-quality stay in Phuket."
"Extremely dark rooms.Staff can be helpful and next day completely ignore your requests multiple times in a row. Rooms aren't new and you can easily see that. Mould in the shower seals, dirty toilet, hair here and there. They aren't good at cleaning. Breakfasts were pretty good, but the amount of flies that is inside the breakfast diner is crazy, you literally cannot leave your food unattended for over 10 seconds. Pools are great, although some differ in temperature a lot, and due to the buildings structure you always feel like you being watched by people surrounding you. It's not an issue in rainy season though. Overall 2,5/5, definitely not a 5 star hotel and a 2 star staff experience."
"I was very happy with my stay here, clean rooms and staff was very helpful with an accident I made when booking. I booked the wrong month and they were able to still manage a refund through Expedia and get me set up in a room. Would happily stay again."

"The place was clean, parking was great, the pool was great, the food was good, breakfast was great but lunch was not good I didn’t feel like I got my money worth, I complained to the front desk and was sent to the manager and the manager gave me 100B back and apologized I took the money, left without being satisfied."
