It is when you have brain cancer. I really wish people could be more understanding that there really might be an underlying health condition related to their behavior. More patience and understanding is needed.

Three years ago when the chef and her husband passed, we removed the breakfast from the site and any booking. We lowered the rates across the board even removing the service charge. There is a diner located across the street that serves breakfast all day. We do not offer to cover the cost as we already removed the cost from the room. Not sure what happened with the hot water as we have always had hot water. The owner was deaf and lost her voice when she had radiation treatments 3 years ago. So maybe you thought she was yelling at you when in reality she couldn't even hear herself talk. Either way, the Inn is under new management. The owner's kitchen was closed but the guest kitchen is available for anyone to use.

That's what happens with brain cancer. The Inn is under new management.

Another Distortion of truth ! I upgraded this guy with 2 kids to larger room ! Showed him Photographs and fussed over him and his kids, But some people are never happy. I know a lady who has a very nice local restaurant but she stopped serving food , only TAKEOUT ! They are totally disgusted with the attitude of the Guest !

The good news is that Beds On Clouds has just received the 2018 Award of Excellence "Hall of Fame". Only few selected establishments are so lucky . The reason to receive such an award is hard work and receiving an Award of Excellence in 5 continuous years.We are always striving to give our guest a excellent experience.The not so good new is that we have been victims of a national disaster and sometimes you can't help it throwing your five cents in about the horrors we lived during Hurricane Irene and the consequences that we are still paying for. It's only human isn't it ? But we are very happy that "R" on Expedia enjoyed our dedicated chef's breakfast and the impeccable room.

Beds On Clouds established in 2004 ,is an 1854 Victorian mansion , situated in the heart of Windham's lovely historic district on Main Street. It is also home of the Susumu Sato Photo and Fine Art Gallery and Chacha's Antique and Collectibles,. ,an adorable little antique shop. Victorian homes are always decorated, which minimalists could perceive as cluttered. Beds on Clouds online policy in reference to children states ; For the sake of keeping a peaceful atmosphere at the Inn, all children must must be well attended and supervised. We love well behaved children and pamper them with delicious pancakes with chocolate, blueberries ,strawberries ect and whatever they wish.We also feature 24/7 Cockie jars . For children and adults !! There has been long string of children ever since the year 2004 . And nothing is ever a burden to us. We work very hard to give everybody what the want in the shortest time. Beds On Cloud enjoys more that 350 excellent reviews and we just received the 2018 Award of Excellence "Hall of FAME" . Only few establishments receive such an award ,as one must receive Awards of Excellence in 5 consecutive years to get to the Hall of Fame. It saddens us to hear that you have such feelings .They are totally unsubstantiated. Please think again and try to remember the quality time you had in our beautiful inn. PS: Tomorrow Friday August 3.2018 we are receiving a family who has stayed with us throughout the years. They came to us last winter to show us their newborn baby that looked like a little doll They also have a little girl of 6 ! She loves water melon !. And now they are returning to show us the baby who now is 9 month of age.!!!!

Dear Mrs and Mr. Anonymous, Our Bed and Breakfast Inn is Topratedout of 8 BnB's in Windham .we are enjoying more that 340 Excellent reviews. Our place is luxurious ,Everything is done with TLC (TENDER LOVING CARE) ,especially the breakfast. Hot gourmet breakfast with mostly organic ingredients from scratch by a super talented Japanese chef. Sorry we couln't make to 5 .

I am so sorry what happened to you . There must have been an electric outage in the area . These can happen with thunderstorms . And doesn't have to happen in the whole town . ONE OF THE FINEST BREAKFASTS IN TOWN! Beds On Clouds Japanese chef offers every morning a fresh fruit platter that consists of pineapple, oranges ,grapes ,canteloupe melon, honey dew melon ,kiwi fruit ,and straw berries. He personally shops in various places in Albany to find the finest and freshest !!! We continue with fluffy, french omelettes a la Jacques Pepin,the legendary french chef who cooked with Julia Child's . The omelette is accompanied by bacon and fresh asparagus.There are other dishes that he prepares as well ! It varies !!!. We also serve organic milk ,coffee, tea, orange juice ,hot chocolate ,ciabatta bread ,french bread , croissonts and 24/7 cookies in various cookie jars ! The chef also does his best in preparing dishes for people with special diets . Beds On Clouds is rated #2 out of 9 BnB's in Windham in the Northern Catskills, and has received 6 Awards of Excellence in 5 consecutive years !

It saddens us to hear that you were not happy. I don't believe that any of our staff is rude .All of us are always polite and courteous to our guest. You booked the most gently priced room of our establishment . But it is a very lovely room with original art and beautiful marble private bath. The bed is a special construction but it is very comfortable , I slept in it myself. you enjoyed the very reasonable rate of $109,00 including a gourmet breakfast and that is the same breakfast that other guest in more expensive rooms are eating. Have you been food shopping recently?

We are so glad to hear that these guest found the room cozy.Beds On Clouds is a lovely 1854 Victorian Mansion and some of its decor is from that era. I was indeed excited about MJ Pangman's book "Hexagonal Water", also known as RESTRUCTURED or REVITALIZED water. Minerals in coin like sizes are being sold worldwide and can be applied to cell phones and computers. People with accents (like mine) are often misunderstood. I travelled many times to the UK ! Loved the country, its people and their marvelous British humour !
