不喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
I booked this house at least a month and a half before my trip. Was sent my confirmation two days before I arrived with check in instructions. Got to the house to check in, and as soon as we walked in we saw other peoples stuff…luggage, dishes in the sink, makeup in the bathroom. I called the number on the check in instructions and they informed me that I was supposed to be cancelled bc it was already booked. After talking for a few minutes, they then told me the reason was because the pipes froze and had to be repaired, not that they double booked. This was a lie bc we used the bathroom and ran the water in the sink. The woman I spoke with offered me no solution to the fact that we were left without a place to stay at 4pm on a Friday afternoon in a very small town on a busy ski weekend. It was handled very unprofessionally and I would not recommend anyone staying here.
