「The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology」

「Clean room, friendly staff, nice views. Best, though, is the relaxing decor, and ambience of the downstairs common area. Very nice. Breakfast is continental and rather simple (ie. cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, fruits) but did the trick for us. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!」

「We stay here 2 or 3 times a year and know it well. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. On this visit, we found our original room to be noisy because of the ice machine (?), but the staff got us another room when asked. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was unusually full, but very quiet. Breakfast is always good here and the coffee is excellent. (Vermont seems to be obsessed with coffee....) 「The hotel is very clean and bed is so comfortable. Besides the location is very convenient to the supermarket, bank and some fast-food restaurants! I enjoy very much of this trip!!!」

「Very old fashion rooms. Twin queen beds were comfortable but dated. I liked the den area were your group can get together and talk. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly.」

「Amazing. I will come back next time.」

「Good value for a one- or two-night stay. Clean, good bedding and towels, well-located and a friendly staff. Two points to be aware of, though. One, the inn is an old building and it is very easy to hear conversations or other noise from other rooms. Two, the inn uses a virtual check-in system so make sure you know how to get the code to your room before you arrive. For me, the positives outweighed the negatives and I would stay there again.」

「Clean room, Nice hot shower. Pleasant staff. Excellent amenities!!」

「This place is nothing like the description. Expedia has to do better. The surrounding area was full of sketchy people, The whole place is rundown and filthy. There was open soap stuck to the holder by the sink. The tub didn’t drain and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s not cheap either! A refund needs to be an option in a place like this. It was positively gross! We weren’t told about breakfast, but we weren’t interested in it anyway! If the area food is prepared in is like the...
