「The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...

「We came here after our trek from Scafell Pike and it was exactly what we needed to relax which was a lovely hot tub. Lauren was very helpful and welcomed us in. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.」
