We booked a small break away at the end of and we wanted a property with a hot tub! This was shown on the booking, when we arrived there wasn’t one! When asking for recompense, which I have been since 30 October, and still nothing. They say we are waiting for our partner to respond. Their customer service e is shocking! I am going to report them. The house was nice so such a shame their customer service is letting them down on a poor review

We went for the Great North Swim on a wet weekend. The location was perfect for the ferry. Allocated parking spot. Car park over the road for any more cars.Again location excellent for the rest of the weekend , very comfortable to a high standard. Kitchen great for family dining & spacious lounge for after. Plenty of leaflets on dining and handy location all takeaways & restaurants , pubs within minutes & quiet at night so good nights sleep.We will book again next time in Windermere.
