「The house itself is very cute and clean and had everything we needed! Having three beds in the second bedroom was fantastic. The air-conditioning worked very well and the fans were great. Be sure to bring conditioner, but it does say it has shampoo and body wash, which is exactly what it has. The listing says it has a parking space, but it is street parking. We had no trouble parking it right in front of the house. The Check process is tedious but manageable. Asking you to contact them within 24...

「The place was just as described and met our expectations! Easy check-in and out process. Would recommend.」

「Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.」

「The house was clean, close to downtown and convenience stores. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Looking forward to staying there again.」

「La casa esta bien para el precio muy cerca del centro, tenia algunas fallas como la secadora tapada y un clima no estaba bien conectado, algunas cucarachas pero en general esta bastante bien para el precio」

「We had a great experience at this house. The property was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent and made everything very convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others.」

「Amazing place I love that it is very close to Downtown so if u here for the River Walk or Alamo this is definitely your place.」

「The facility is located in the hood. Definitely would not stay here. It is trash all over the property .」

「Was not returned full deposit was charged for extra person it was a total of 4 adults and 3 children,i had mentioned in previous email of being total of 7 people ,be careful they charge extra」

「I recently wrote a review on them to which they responded that I was incorrect and they always required a card but I would like to openly dispute them as bold face lying. I double checked my records and can show that on 2 other occasions and even currently I am not reacquired to leave a deposit. Also I didn’t say befor because I didn’t want to throw accusations but I felt that they had singled me out and were being vague and non caring to retaliate against me as I had never had a problem...

「get the roaches gone this is a 10/10 spot.」
