「All the staff were polite and helpful. The only complaint I have about this hotel was the breakfast and really it was just the sausage that I found terrible. Other than that it was a great hotel.」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」
