"THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WITH THE ROOM THAT THE KEURIG IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK.WE WERE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY COFFEE."

"The hotel was NOT what we expected. When we got there we had to wait a bit to check-in which was understandable but when we got to our room there was dust everywhere on the furniture. Barely any of the amenities were available. No room service and only 1 restaurant open. Now the food at the restaurant was good but that’s the only good thing we enjoyed. The indoor pool was down for service repair which was another disappointment that we thought we’d get to enjoy. The staff were ok but they weren’t very welcoming. Overall I would not stay here again. "
