Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel was appeared to have been renovated. The rooms were roomy compared to other hotels I've been to. The bathroom was clean and fixtures were relatively new. The only drawback I experienced was that the room was not cleaned when we were away; the towels were replaced but the room was not tidied up."
