"Better than expected for the price.All the staff were great, fast easy check in..very knowledgeable about the area. Stayed 3 days but no housekeeping but I think that's pretty much every where now & we didn't really need it. Had plenty of towels for just my husband & I and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. I'm sure if we would've requested it they would've been more than happy to do it. Great location being in between the river & the beach and a lot less expensive than the hotels in both areas but only about 20min from either. Pool was open but a little cloudy, still a little chilly to be in the water for me. Breakfast was waffles & other continental items..coffee was great though! Everything was very clean from the inside to the outside areas..nice simple landscaping with a grill & picnic table on the side. Plenty of shopping across the street & just down the road plus 20min from the Riverwalk & the USS North Carolina..make sure you wear comfortable shoes for both of these lol. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I showed up on a bad day, long line, phones ringing off the hook, and the front staff handling it like a professional. 3 staff short, delays in getting rooms ready and doing everything she could , taking names and phone numbers to let everyone know as soon as they would be ready…… all with a smile. "
