"Over and over, hotels will list all the amenities and when you arrive, the pool have very cold water or the hot tub is in repair. Also, I often see mold at most hotels near the hot tub. This hotel had EVERYTHING working and EVERYTHING was clean with no mold and no issues. The breakfast was fantastic!!!"

"The property is very nice and well maintained. We were there for a few days in July 2025. They are building a gondola across the street so there is some construction noise. If you keep your windows closed you do not hear it . The bed was very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. The restaurants in the area are all good . We enjoyed The Edge and the ramen restaurant was excellent. All right next door . The gondola is right next door open in summer . The area hosts summer music concerts. It was dry here but during the day can get hot so check the weather. Its high desert always cools off at night. Lots of mountain biking here and hiking . The condo is well equipped for cooking and they have a washer and dryer . It’s so close to the gondola makes a ski vacation easy in the winter! "

"We stayed at Silverado Lodge almost a year ago in August for our honeymoon. It was a last minute decision of changes for our honeymoon to stay closer. We booked online and originally thought we were booking a condo style room with a full size kitchen to save money on eating out so much, but booked the wrong room with no full size kitchen. We checked in close to 10pm Aug 10th 2024 - had written a small request of wanting a nice view since it was our honeymoon. We had a surprise upon arrival and the lady at the desk informed us that since it was our honeymoon they upgraded our room to a condo style room at no extra charge! It was so nice. We loved our stay, the quiet nook in the hotel we had and the access to the washer/dryer machine, the private balcony and 2 full bathrooms. We loved our stay and appreciated the consideration of the staff. One of the most professional places we've ever stayed. WE LOVED IT!!! Thanks you for your kindness"

"The only tricky thing about this place is they are doing a massive renovation which is awesome but also a little messy. Otherwise great spot, we stay here often and will continue to do so!"
