If you could find a staff person he was nice. Pool was out of order with no heads up before checking in. My grandson was so sad. Breakfast was old, cold and not good. Orange juice didn't work. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy looked months old and no biscuits. Waffle mix tasted bitter..muffins were dried out, coffee was cold. We are elsewhere. Room was clean and veds comfortable but overall not impressed. Would suggest staying.

When checking in, all that I was asked was my name. Never verified I was who I said I was. I mentioned to the gentleman at the counter that I was looking forward to the hot tub. He didn’t say anything to me. After getting into my room, with garbages from the room next door out side in the fllor(still there this morning) I went to check out the pool area. I walked in to a very cold room, no heat. Pool water was green. No heat coming from the water. Looked at the hot tub, even worse. Low on water. Bent down to check the water temp and it was ice cold. Smelled my hand after putting it into the water and it smelled extremely bad. I practically raced back to my room to wash it. If the roads weren’t icy and it being late. I would have demanded a refund from them and left.

The room was clean, smelled good and the desk person was nice. My only issue was the toilet - it was right next to the wall! I had to take the toilet paper off of the roller to use it. Even my husband (@ 165 lbs) had an issue. It was ridiculous.

Old and very outdated. Brokens walls and missing trim all over the room. Every time the bathroom light and fan were turned on at the same time it tripped the breaker and had to be reset on the outlet by the sink. Expensive for what it is.

We slept there and expected to have breakfast. At 8:15 a.m., there was no coffee - none - for breakfast. The fruit bowl had two leathery and bruised oranges in it. The juice dispenser had neither apple nor orange juice available ... it just streamed what I believe to have been clear water. We didn't dare try the milk. The first room we were provided had not been cleaned. Had to go back to the desk. Room doors and bathroom doors were sticky. The people at the desk were nice enough. Not staying at that hotel again.

This property was not at all as advertised. Recommend do not stay at this establishment. The shower rod in the bathroom was broken so we were unable to take a shower and shut the shower curtain. The bed was hard covered in a terribly uncomfortable plastic protector sheets didn’t fit the bed so bad that we ended up coming home in the middle of the night.

Our first room was very humid. When my husband took his shoes off, his feet got wet. We were moved to another room. The new room had napkins and silverware in the dresser drawer, and there were drinks in the refrigerator from previous guests. There was a very limited breakfast. There was no juice, no coffee, the toaster did not work, and the pancake maker did not work. There was mold and rust in the bathroom. I will not be staying in this hotel again.
