I liked the location. I did not like the fact I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. Also, no breakfast the whole weekend, one reason we decided to stay there, was the breakfast.

Took half an hour on phone with tech to get wifi to work. Hotel layout is strange. Bed and pillows were comfy though. Breakfast was not available the day I stayed (staffing issue???). Free drink at bar was nice.

We went to check in with our confirmation number and they over booked the hotel. We were a long way away from home, so we had to go around and search for a new hotel. We ended up with a hotel room at the Hampton, but had to pay double for a regular room. Clairon needs to find a better way of doing things. It was an awful experience.

I didnt like i had to take my dirty towels all the way to the front desk to get new ones and couldn't get the room serviced unleas we provided a 24 hour notice. Also they put me an a ADA room when i didnt need that.
