"Lots of shops nearby as well as food places. Walmart almost across the street. Mcdonals next door. Clean room no microwaveor fridge in the room and the beds are so hatd its like sleeping on the floor, super friendly staff. "

"When I checked in at 6:30pm I walked in said hi to a brunette female with a wrist brace. She said nothing then walked into the back office. I stood at the Front Desk to Check in for almost 15 minutes. Another guest even tried to help me get her attention. When she did come out to check me in she asked very invasive uncomfortable questions about my personal information took her sweet time checking me in after a long 3 and 1/2 hour drive. I was hungry and had to use the bathroom. She didn't applogize. Checking out the next morning was even worse. The buzz cut female at the desk looked me up and down before greeting me back good morning as I walked outside to get breakfast. My partner came down from our room, to join me asked the buzz cut female about breakfast saying it was for guests only and when they walked back into go back up to our room the buzz cut female insulted them saying they weren't a guest. My partner had to tell them where did they think they came down from a closet upstairs? The rest of the breakfast staff, hot springs/massage therapist staff was all inclusive and very friendly and non aggresive. What was more appalling was that other guests were there to witness all incidents and told us they experienced similar issues with both individuals. We will NOT be booking again and have told everyone NOT to stay there. But would definitely book the Spa and Hot Springs when those two individuals are not on shift. "

"Honestly the lady in the front desk in the mornings was a little rude. She made you feel like a bother when you asked for something like towels. The maintenance guy was the only helpful person in the hotel oddly enough. The room itself was good and the pool was good. Breakfast ask a little off. Not like other ihg hotels. "

"My room wasn’t vacuumed or overlooked that there were toenails clip around the bed. I could of overlooked everything else but that is what stopped from giving 5 stars."

"Would like to request a refund. The room was filthy. Bathroom yuk. All floors filthy. Would not dare walk barefoot. Mini fridge filthy"

"Air conditioning worked well, the microwave turntable didn't turn, the little coffee pot leaked water all over the counter like the place to put the coffee in didn't seal well. Beds comfortable. Disappointed in the breakfast. Dry cereal some donuts and white bread to toast. Small yogurt. Coffee was good but none available after 9 am"

"Very accommodating by allowing us to soak before check-in time. Newly renovated property is tastefully decorated with nice details aimed at comfort while ecologically based. Our only disappointment was only coffee pods were decaf (we left too early to ask staff). We would definitely come back!"

"Sara and her husband went beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even to finding us a place to dance, eat and soak in the wonderful waters of truth or consequences. Five stars doesn’t sound enough."
