"We visited during the offseason and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were great, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly and quiet. My son especially loved the mini golf and the pool before he got sick.
I really want to give special kudos to the staff. I was traveling solo with my son, and he became ill overnight. We did our best to clean everything up, but it was a stressful situation — including one last incident outside as we were leaving. I let the front desk know what happened when I checked out, and later that day the maintenance manager personally called to make sure we made it home safely and that my little guy was doing okay. That level of care and kindness meant so much to me.
