"Very old hotel that looks shabby in all honesty. If the vibe is meant to be that of an abandoned Premier Inn then it does the job perfectly! Also a lot of noise from the football pitches outside, though it didn't go on too late. On the upside, it was clean and the staff were friendly, plus it was warm in the room (which was required for winter!). Plenty of tea/coffee to be had and it is a nice location with walks and scenic views. 2 pubs nearby as well. "

I used the whatsapp as indicated to try and get some support with the appalling noise levels from other guests, as there was no phone, and I was a solo traveller with a child, so unable to go to the desk in the middle of the night. No answer, no support, minimal sleep. Other guests at breakfast had also had no sleep due to guest noise"
