「A truly wonderful hidden gem on the French countryside not too far away from Calais. The hosts have created a unique experience in their old farm house with a beautiful large garden even with their own hedge maze in the back garden. Pet friendly, cozy place, comfortable bed in a well equipped room with brick walls and nice decorations both in and outside. Breakfast is served in the conservatory in the main house. Chickens and ducks walk freely around. We loved it!」

「Everything was perfect! David was a very welcoming host, even though we arrived after 9pm. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spacious and very clean with bottled water and amenities. David laid on the nicest breakfast of warm croissants, warm bread, cheeses, jams, yoghurt and honey, and also supplied is plenty of milk and cocoa for hot chocolate. The cats and dogs at the property are adorable and all in all, it was a very relaxed overnight stay. Merci, David et Cecile.」

「The staff were all excellent, the room wonderful and the grounds pretty - a great overall sense of quiet and calm I did not like the booking experience with Expedia however - the photo linked with the room I booked was not correct and over-inflated expectation. 「Really lovely property in the countryside with a private pool. It had a huge garden where the children could run around. Hosts were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Breakfast is an extra but a great treat as you don’t have to think about things. Beaches only 30 mins away with beautiful soft golden sand. Kids loved the house cats. 」
