「The room I stayed in needed a deep cleaning. Over all the condition of the room was shabby and run down. Shabby and run down is ok if it's clean, and in good repair. This room was not. 」

「Upon arriving we found there was a loud intermittent noise adjacent to the room. We talked to staff and they offered a second floor room so we moved upstairs. This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand.」
