"Would have liked to have tried the Bar - Open - but didn't realise it was closed Sundays and Mondays and we were busy Saturday. Lovely room with a view towards the Cathedral and the Spark Building. The room was spacious and had all that we needed. My only concern is the 2 homeless people that slept outside the entrance to the Hotel all weekend. They didn't cause any bother that I saw but very off putting. The receptionist said the Police keep an eye on them but they never moved. Thanks to the Hotel for giving us a late checkout on our last morning. Much appreciated."

"The staff were amazing from airport pick up to check in and return back to airport. I only stayed one night but super impressed with comfort, cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. Sure it could do with an update and I could see some rooms were updated but I was happy with what I got as well as great value and location. I definitely stay again"

"Absolutely amazing accommodation, 10 minute walk from the center of downtown! Very clean with lots of space and a nice bathroom. My chief complaint would be that instead of a king mattress for the bed, they put together two twins, and you could feel the gap in the middle, also we found many hairs from others around such as on the bed and decorative pillows etc, even one on the toilet. Other than that this place is perfect and I will stay here again."
