「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e alla via principale della città. Il personale e’ gentilissimo, la camera pulita e la colazione ricca e varia. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera sul tetto, sicuramente particolare ma comoda e spaziosa. Il bagno sicuramente è’ stato ristrutturato di recente. Consiglio quest’hotel anche per il rapporto qualità/ prezzo」

「Wow! Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir hatten eine super schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung! Schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht! Alles super sauber! Die Betten waren toll! Wir haben selten in so guten Betten geschlafen! Die Vermieter waren auch total nett! Was wir nicht wussten ist, dass das Frühstück im Hotel Victoria serviert wird. Ca. 200 m Fußweg. 「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」
