I had stayed in this property previously when it was owned by Iran by other people. And was a very nice hotel and the people who worked there were very nice this day. They were very rude.The breakfast was very minimal and disgusting, and the clientele at the hotel was very questionable

We booked a suite for our family of 5. The room was nice with two bathrooms. The frame on the pull out bed was bent and there was no bedding for it. When we teied to contact the staff around 9:45 pm to get bedding, there was no one at the front desk. It was fortunate that we had paid for a roll away bed and were able to divide the bedding for that between the two beds along with a blaket that we brought.

The room was in fairly good repair and the staff were friendly and got things done. The road noise was a bit of a bother, and there was something making a hum of some kind, either associated with the elevators or the ice machine.

When we arrived we thought it would be downtown but actually in a business district. Didn’t feel safe as there was a home in the glass entrance area. There was a pike of poop in the parking lot. The manager was very kind and cancelled our reservation and expedia refunded our stay. Read reviews before booking!

We ended up not staying due to the un cleanliness. Smells like dog poop outside then it doesn't get much better when ya walk in. Sheet had a stain, hair in the tub. We never slept there, should really get a refund

It was horrible!! We arrived at the location and they had no rooms availabile, the hotel didnt even offer the rooms we had booked! We had to find another hotel after midnight on a holiday wekkend!! ( july 4th!) I do not recomend yo book on line...call the hotel and speak with a real person!!

The hotel needs serious updates. We are right next to some great food options but also near the highway where the homeless people sleep . The outside of the hotel even has a huge hole in the glass door upon walking in. Overall, I would not recommend this place until they do a makeover.
