It was a nice, clean, modern room. Very comfortable. The breakfast was okay. There was a college sports team staying there, so it was a challenge for the breakfast person to keep up.

The place was very clean and smelled great. Breakfast was yummy. They had a few games like pool and near by was a bowling alley and chicken and pickles. Right next door was a Braums. All in walking distance. Very safe neighboorhood.

when we got to the facility they didn't have our reservation. had to wait while they called Expedia. once we got checked in they gave us a room key and we went all the way to the room opened the door only to find someone elses stuff in the room. so we sent back to the front desk... they then assigned us to a double bed room when I reserved a king. so back to the front desk again. on the 3rd try we finally got a room with a king bed. the front desk clerk stated they would credit our stay for all of the issues.

Always a pleasant stay at the Wichita Tru. Convenient location to entertainment and dining as well as other Wichita sites. Good place to stay if you are a WSU parent as well as it is close to campus and not too pricey. Enjoyed the workout facilities and the free breakfast.

My only complaint is there is no drawers/dresser. We always unpack our suitcase, and put our clothes in drawers. But that is my only complaint. It was a nice, clean hotel. It always smelled so nice when you walked in. It was super quiet. You couldn't hear people walking the halls. I will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at a Tru property and we had another pleasant experience. Check-in was simple and quick and the front desk staff were friendly, professional and courteous. I especially like how the front desk didn't feel like a traditional hotel check-in desk and really blended in with the main floor, which included the breakfast area, pool table, TVs and several casual but comfortable seating areas. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There were several dining options at this property in the northeast part of Wichita. Thanks, Tru, for a pleasant and great stay. I'm a fan!

Convenient location. AC waa pretty noisy throughout the night. The bedding waa very wrinkled and I don't like how the comforter is between two wrinkled sheets. It was fine, just not very comfortable. Love the soap and lotion dispensers but the shower pressure was not powerful at all.

This is a new facility and everything is clean and inviting. Check in was easy. There is a free pool table and board games in the lobby. A simple coffee bar open 24/7 in the lobby is a nice feature. The area around the hotel is the best with a movie theater, bowling alley, pickle ball, and several good restaurants. We will stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable bedding. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! My only complaint is that there was no mention on the Expedia site of an unclear extra $10 hotel charge.

The room and area was clean. Bed was hard and pillows were soft. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was subpar. You can hear outside noise from the chicken n pickle next door. But eventually it goes off. Close enough to everything. Would def stay again!

I travel a lot, and stay in various sorts of hotels and rentals. I was extremely impressed with the staff at this hotel. They were super respectful and kind, and attended quickly to every need. Seriously, stay here next time you hit Wichita. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent place to stay if you want a clean comfortable place to sleep. Wonderful walk in shower. Small refrigerator and no microwave or coffee pot in the room. Coffee available in the lobby. They could add a few more items to the breakfast such as muffins or danishes. The pancake maker is always breaking. We have stayed at different Tru hotels in different states and only one time was it operational. Should have a back up plan.
