I was sent to a room someone was already staying in. Next, another patron and I couldn’t get my door of the 2nd room to open. It also did not look like it had been vacuumed in a while.

I checked out a day early so I requested a credit for early check out with the clerk in person upon checking out. It was high school graduation weekend, and they were fully booked and shouldn't have had a problem renting the room again as I left very early in the morning. I called the hotel on three occasions asking the status of my refund and was told each time they would ask their manager and get back with me. I never received a call back. I sent three emails requesting my refund and still haven't received any replies or refund from my emails. Bath towels are the size of a hand towel. North side exit door is broken so anybody can gain access to the rooms without a key card with is a major security issue. Breakfast choices are very limited. Front desk clerk is never at the front desk. Overall, I was very disappointed in my stay. I had stayed at this hotel two years ago and my visit two years ago was pleasant. I'm not sure what changed but I will not stay here again. I'm still waiting to hear back on my refund.

I’m not a person that needs a fancy hotel by any means, as long as it’s clean, this hotel was definitely not that. The hotel was filthy, there was garbage and dirt all over the floor in the hallway, when I walked into the room there were stands of hair on everything, the sink in the bathroom was visibly dirty, the vent was falling out of the ceiling, the floor was gross, to the point I refused to take my shoes off even once. The chair in the corner was covered in stains. The bedding appeared okay. For the price I honestly didn’t expect much, but this hotel was gross and the location is a little sketchy as well.

We were in room 111. Wow what a night This room is by the main entrance and by the stairs. I might of got 3 hours of sleep all night. We could hear everyone gong up and down the stairs ALL NIGHT. Not a good experience. Make room 111 into storage or something

The non smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty feet. The bathroom was clean. But the floor was not. The bed smelled like they had not changed the duvet but just put it back on. The door was also loose on the handle like someone had previously attempted to break into it. It was a cheap room and after cleaning myself it was okay to stay in. But I would not stay there again.

Stayed one night on our way through to Eureka, Ks. Room was clean. Breakfast is grab and go as no sit down, but that's to be expected at this price point. I would stay again. Communication via email regarding stay was great. Several emails before and after our stay.

I know they said they were short staffed, but i was there 2 weeks, they could have peeked in 1-2x to see if the room needed anything. I even left the little door notice hanging from the handle for 3 days. I dont much care abour sheets and things being changed, but trash would help (I kept mine neat, but had 3 walmart bags by the end of stay). Not a bad place. Just check on long term rooms once in a while.
