「The hotel itself was not bad, but unfortunately, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The pool area appeared to be taken over by large groups of people who did not seem to be staying at the hotel. 「Nick the front desk guy was super rude about my 10yrd old son eating at the lobby area , and so the security guy when during or many days of staying there witnessed many people eating at the lobby area! Mohamed the manager was inform and handled it on his end !」

「I notified the front desk person about the twelve or so inches the bottom sheet was ripped. It made sleeping very uncomfortable」
