The resort provided free shuttle service, which is reliable and prompt after they confirmed your need. The room itself was clean and spacious. The receptionist is also friendly. Overall, the resort is good from many perspectives. Convenient stores, restaurants, and massage shops are walkable from the hotel. The night would be too boring. 「The hotel is 15 minutes walkable from Patong street. One bed thing is they dont provide for free cancellation, ruining my trip planning given i got some emergent situation. They can actually sell me room at a good price during this peak season」

The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. 」
