「I rented the room for 3 days. I left after the first night.The night manager was so rude. And had absolutely no compassion. He was going to charge me $15.A night just to visit with my friends from out of town that I had rented the room for.」

「Great place to stay! Starbucks and Papa John’s right next door if you are traveling and don’t want to get right back in the car. Friendly staff, clean and nice hotel and comfy beds! Have stayed here a few times now. 」

「Always worry about cleanliness of hotel rooms, but thankfully our room was exceptionally clean and smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and other necessities. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.」

「The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. 」

「This hotel was dingy and our room was honestly filthy. The sink faucet was broken(very hard to pull upward to put the water on) and when I asked what could be done I was told that I had to stay in the same room. The carpet floor was sticky by the counter area in the room. There was bodily substances on the mattress. The a/c unit had white substance all of it. The room wouldn’t cool down below 70. In 84 100% humidity Nashville weather it was miserable to sleep. I would NEVER recommend this hotel...

「We stayed for one night while on road trip. Arrived really late and check-in was a really great experience. There’s a nice garage for the cars, which is included in price of the room. Room is comfortable (we got skyline view), loved the hardwood floors. Restaurant was amazing, with creative menu. We got a nice big breakfast before getting back on the road. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and check out rooftop bar!」
