「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「I had an amazing stay here! I didn’t have much time to fully explore but everyone was super nice and food was great! Loved the style and aesthetic and the rooms were comfortable. My only complaint is my room could have been cleaner there was a stain in my bedding and things missing like coffee and smaller stuff. I’d definitely come back in the summer! 」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe there. The whole hotel was so clean! The hot tub was the perfect water temperature. I really enjoyed the stay and will absolutely use this hotel again on future visits to the area.」
