Staff were friendly and nice. The charging phone system did NOT WORK at all and the closest outlets which only 2 were available were either in bathroom or under a table a good length away from the bed…SUCKED! But other than that it was convenient location to the strip and where I needed to be.

Staff was awesome and helpful

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

No turndown service. They only came to pick up the trash and bring new towels until the very last night

Nice room, clean and stocked -- even had a hair dryer (unlike my Ceasar's room a few weeks ago!) The only issue was that on Saturday, most of the elevators did not work :( At one point, we waited 15 minutes for an elevator -- not good! Biggest problem was when my voucher tore off in the machine and it took 45 minutes to fix problem -- really not good!!!!!
