「Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but included and has something for everyone. One thing I found challenging was the lack of or no water. Some times, the water pressure was low and the night before I checked out, there was no water! It could be because it is an older building, but it was...

「This apartment was an absolute gem! Situated right on the edge of the old town pedestrian only zone, there is access to all the shops and restaurants and museums you could want. Within walking distance to the gondola and brewery, and a block from the tram stop for visiting the tunnel of hope. The apartment is quite roomy and has many amenities if you want to stay in, but go out and explore this city!!!」

「Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.」
