we loved our stay here! It is a beautiful home which has been stylishly decorated. The breakfast was delicious and set us well up for the day. The gardens and view out the back are lovely and there is a very relaxing atmosphere in this b and b. The beds were very comfortable and we loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely B&B not far from the Bay

The proprietors are both lovely, the attention to detail at the hotel was fantastic (for example port was provided free of charge on an evening) and the place looked beautiful and had excellent views

Nice stay

It was amazing, friendly people, well organized. Tv, dvd’s, all info about the area. Robin wood’s bay is a must. Beautiful area with shops, pubs and restaurants.

Saxon Villa=Luxury

We arrived to be greeted very warmly, room number 1 was beautiful. Every little thing extremely well catered for from marshmallows for the hot chocolate, to make-up removal supplies! Des gave us a quick local tutorial, how to get to the bay, pubs en route, which was most appreciated. Area has plenty of places to eat & drink. The room was very modern, extremely clean & comfortable. View was delightful. We would most definitely stay again.

Hotel in quiet location short drive to Whitby

Exceptionally friendly owners made us so welcome. Lovely countryside views with sea in distance. Super room and filling breakfast. Easy parking by BnB.

Excellent, comfortable break.

Excellent condition and presentation. Sofa in the room was a real bonus and the provision of an Echo Dot was really excellent. Perfect for relaxing and listing to our favourite music. The whole house was clean and pleasant. Lovely garden with plenty of seating for the evening to enjoy the views

Friendly, helpful owners, great views,well located

The owners were very accommodating and let us check in early. The room, at the back of the house, is spacious and has great views towards the coast. It is a short walk into Robin Hoods Bay

Exceptional B & B in a great location.

Having stayed in many, hotels, motels, cottages and B & B's around this and other countries there has to be something special to make the experience exceptional. Whatever that takes it was in evidence at Saxon Villa. Warm welcome, great accommodation and a hearty breakfast to send you on your way. Congratulations to the owners. Don't normally retrace our steps but will stay again if ever in the area.

Des & Heather are very welcoming hosts. Our en-suite room was very spacious, comfy and well equipped & spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely breakfast. All our needs catered for. A beautiful location ideally placed with lovely views. Would highly recommend.

A perfect stay

A delightful B&B just on the outskirts of Robin Hoods Bay. The room was spacious with lovely and thoughtful finishing touches and a welcoming thermos of cold fresh milk. Breakfast was very substantial and the hosts very welcoming. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

A really good and excellent bed and breakfast

Me and my wife stayed here very recently and i can say it was lovely, very clean and friendly welcome. The breakfast is really good with a good choice. I would recommend this b and b to everyone.
