Nicer property than anticipated. Just across the street from the town of Whistler and very walkable to restaurants, grocery store, museums and gondola. Great location
Hot tub on our deck, off of master bedroom was terrific- a great way to relax each evening and loosen up sore muscles!

They charged a “damage” charge, when it wasn’t proved that we did it, and the charge was not proportionally to what they allegedly show us that we damage. I tried to talk to the about it and never answered.
Totally disappointed.
Also I'd like to point out a few things:
* We didn't use the TV at all during our stay, so we didn't notice any issue with the remote control.
* Regarding the TV table top, we have photos and videos of the villa taken the day before we left (Saturday, February 8th, not Sunday the 9th). We left early due to a lack of hot water.
* We attempted to contact the property to report the hot water issue and our early departure, but we received no response. We also wanted to inquire about a lost ID belonging to one of our guests.
They never answered in the phone or by via email. Never contacted us until they applied the charge.

The condo was in a good location and the check-in process was smooth and simple. The space was perfect for my group of 6. It was nice that everyone had their own space, the kitchen was big enough to easily cook big meals and the personal hot tub on the porch was a heaven-sent after days spent on the mountain.
Communication, when we needed support, was quick and helpful. When the town briefly lost power they quickly put me in touch with the property manager who was extremely nice and kept us in the loop until power was restored.

Perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle of the main village while still being less than a 5-minute walk to everything you'd need in the north village. The condo had more than enough space to very comfortably house 5 people for a week. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and we felt instantly at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend.

The unit was large and very well appointed. The location was quite private, well landscaped and quiet. The kitchen had all the items you need to cook almost any meal you wish. The hot tub was spotless as were all the bathrooms. We have stayed in several Whiski Jack properties and would recommend them highly.
Spacious and cozy spot right at the edge of Whistler Village. It was an easy walk to the Marketplace and into town, and quick also to get to the surrounding lakes (we even went on a couple of waterfall hikes). Lots of other attractions that we didn't even get time to check out. The place was clean and well-maintained -- the BBQ was a little worn out and the patio furniture needed a wipe down, but other than that it was pretty much immaculate. Lots of kitchenware and utensils around to help make life easy. The balcony hot tub was definitely the best part of all, though!
Condo was great, but the check-in office is a few miles or km away. Extra parking was spot would've been nice, but we found a $10/day spot that was close by. Overall, this place was great.
It was very spacious, clean and well maintained. It was located in a quiet neighbourhood but was very central to amenities. The only complaint was that the in-suite hot tub was right next to master bedroom that produced a low hum that we were not able to turn off.
To have a 3 bedroom condo, near the Whistler Village, easy access to the shuttle while carrying ski/board gear. Hot tub on the deck.....it was an awesome place to stay!! I would definately stay here again!!
