Nice wee secluded bay we came across whilst on our way to the lovely Paraawanui Trek
Welcome to Karikari Beach on the beautiful Peninsula in the Far North! You can easily see why I love coming home to this paradise. This little gem is an isolated beach which you can access from two walkways. On the day this photo was taken, we'd done a small trek through farmland onto the beach and followed it close to the end of the Southern side of the beach, where you will find the beautiful Puheke Mountain. On our way back, we were lucky enough to be entertained by a pod of around 13 dolphins who were enjoying the warm waters. We are truly blessed to have so many stunning beaches on Karikari Peninsula, the only difficult choice is where to go! #blue #discovery #hot

Beautiful location right on the beach with all the amenities to prepare your own meals if you want to. The only drawback for us, was there is only one place to get food (across the street) without having to drive somewhere. Check in was easy and host was very friendly and accommodating.
