"The girl that checked us in was very friendly. We went back and asked her the next day about when the parade was coming thru on Saturday morning so we would know what time we needed to leave in the morning to miss the closed road. She looked it up for us.
We met Tina, the owner, when we were checking out. She offered to help me carry my suitcase! She was very sweet.
The property had been remodeled two years ago and it was really nicely done and very clean.
We enjoyed our two nights there. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable. It was a great location."
"Everything was great! Property was exactly as described and very clean. It is conveniently located to get places. It made our trip to Alaska amazing!"
"The person thatbran the shuttle was wonderful. Breakfast good as well. We only stayed one night but we were happy with everything. It's an older hotel but clean and the staff was very nice and helpful."
"The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. She even took the time to ask which floor I preferred, which I appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of parking available. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
"The hotel is transitioning from the old location that was here to the brand new Hyatt JDV hotel. Still some improvements happening but the room was complete, new and comfortable to sleep in. The trains through downtown make it a little noisy but not terrible and don’t run all night long, and the hotel does provide earplugs as well in case you need them. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with access to the Railroad behind it along with Ship Creek and some amazing restaurants. The hotel is on a street that is like a hill, so the 2nd floor is where the main lobby is but there are other access doors and conveniently placed staircases as well to get to your room anywhere in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"
