"We came to visit family who live nearby in the village, so it was very convenient to stay at the Red Lion. The apartment was great, the super-king-sized bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, and there was a great shower. Staff were very friendly and the apartment block is a short walk from the pub, so it is private and quiet. Would definitely stay again . "

"The previous negative reviews are all plausible. I booked at the last minute so curious to see how bad it was. I received the door codes message ok although I never received the pre booking email mentioned by others. The room seemed ok and I had a ground floor room at the front with big bay window.
