"Our room was being painted when we entered it. Staff said go to dinner and it will be ready. We returned, no soap, no remote for tv and others. No staff on site and no answer to numerous calls. Couldn't stay in the room so had to forfeit the money and move to another hotel. Spent 15 minutes on the phone today getting the security deposit back because you can't get it back except in the hotel office. Never again."
