"The property is excellent, it’s immaculate. The linens and bathroom products are wonderful.. the pool and spa are clean and comfortable! Not too much chlorine but enough to make you feel like you’re OK. Staff was pleasant and kind. I was not aware of the $10 parking fee. Expedia said that all fees are are shown no surprises. Well surprise. At the front desk said she talked to a manager about it… the property is in such good shape and everything is excellent. I think it rubs us all wrong. These surprise charges, but I know what they do it… thank you Donald Trump economy is tanking. Great jobs to the staff in Hillsborough and management."

"The staff was exceedingly friendly and efficient. I ordered Salsa & Chips in the bar at 8 PM. I was expecting the usual bagged chips. I was blown away when I got hot chips fresh from the deep-frier fin the adjacent open kitchen. "

"The hotel and room was immaculate. The hotel decor has a pleasing esthetic which is calm and soothing. It is like being in a large hotel room in Japan. The room itself has a deep tub for creating your own personal "onsen" (Japanese bath) experience, as well as a public "onsen" too, which we did not utilize due to time constraints. The drinks in the gift shop were reasonably priced too. We will stay here again."
