「Impeccable and very tasteful. 」

「These suites are incredible!! To have a separate bedroom from the kitchen and living room was such a treat while traveling. The rooms are gorgeous and everything updated to the highest standard. We loved being able to walk quickly to the riverfront path and walk to town. Super sweet place that we'd love to visit again!!!」

「Very funky and fun. Hot spa is so small as to be essentially unusable based on size of hotel. Not a problem for us since we like to be in downtown Bend and enjoyed the movie theatre and restaurants.;」

「I got locked out of my room the last day the battery went dead on the door fob and i was stuck because the front desk stated there was no maintenance and she had to call to get guided through. Other than that it was a nice stay.」

「Very Clean and easy to park. Loved how close it is to parks, the river and places to eat and drink. The staff was really friendly. I'll be coming back next time I visit Bend, Oregon.」

「The hotel rooms are very old, There is a clear difference from the picture ！many corners of the rooms are dirty, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor! Very disappointed!」

「I showed up and the staff all seemed hungover and disorganized. My room wasn’t ready. They couldn’t check me in cause the computer died. They tried to check me in anyway. They showed me my bunk and my linens weren’t clean. They all seemed like kind people. But the vibe was wack. I am not sure why the reviews are so good. Go find yourself a campground.」

「The property looks like it was Recently renovated, with good design and materials, however workmanship could have been better. The faucet in the bathroom sink wasn't securely attached and splashed water all over the counter. The electric outlet beside the bed not screwed to the wall. The barn door to the bathroom didn't have a bottom guide so flapped around. The USB charger outlets on both bedside lamps don't work. We only stayed one night.」
