"We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. "

"The mattress on the pullout couch and sheets on the bed in the room were not clean. I visited the gym, there were no towels and no wipes to clean any of the machines. I went to the restroom across from the gym (7:30 am) and there was no toilet paper or paper towels to dry my hands. "

"Was a last minute choice but I slept like a baby. I rated it average because the very first roomed i was assigned, there was water on the floor and appeared to be coming from under the fridge area. I was assigned another room and half the lights were working. Not to mention the struggle to even find the light switch. However bulbs were not working in one and not very illuminescent in the other. My tub had a big dead bug in it and breakfast options was sub par. However did i say i slept like a baby? Maybe i was extremely tired from a long day of driving but it served its purpose. I think staff needs a lesson inn customer service though. "

"The room was great. However, ch eck-in was less than ideal. There was a problem getting the key to work twice. Finally, an employee came to me to open the room door after calling from my cell outside the room. She was very apologetic. "
