"2 of our 4 nights people were smoking and it was getting in our room. The staff said it gets in the ventilation system and they can't do anything about it. The shower did not hardly drain at all."

"Breakfast had tons of options and the friendliest staff. Hot tub was broken. Check-in staff was not welcoming. The morning staff was much more pleasant. Rooms were ok, black out shades are not anything near black out shades. Bathroom door would not shut fully and the toilet felt like it was going to break off the tile. Beds were comfortable. "

"Everything was really good except the swimming pool. This was the second time we stayed at this specific Hampton Inn and the swimming pool was freezing. The first time, we were told the pool had just been cleaned and refilled. Honestly, it makes us reconsider staying here again. Once is one thing, but this is two out of two times and with a 8 year old child that was looking forward to nothing but swimming on this trip, it was VERY disappointing!"

"The front staff had to be rang twice for check-in. We finally got to our room and discovered the heat was blasting and no way to turn the air conditioning on to cool it off. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk for help as the a/c unit was not working. We opened the window and discovered no screen so we had to stand watch while the window was open. The beds appeared clean and fairly comfortable. We found rust on the doorframe and a broken trim to the bathroom. The shower had good pressure and an ample supply of hot water. Overall, the experience was quite poor and we will never return."

"We were disappointed there was no continental breakfast—even a sweet treat with our coffee or English muffins for toast would have been appreciated! We were expecting the same breakfast as when we stayed in the main building."
